加密矿企Bitstream Mining背后公司Agora Digital Holdings取消1.27 亿美元IPO计划:1月13日消息，美国加密矿企Bitstream Mining所有者Agora Digital Holdings已取消通过首次公开募股筹集至多1.27亿美元的计划。上个月，Agora与BitNile(AULT)达成合作，提供数字资产挖矿托管服务。

据悉，Agora于2021年11月首次申请IPO，表明它有兴趣筹集至多1亿美元。该公司后来将这一数字提高到1.27亿美元，其中包括出售某些认股权证所附的股票。

加密货币对冲基金Tephra Digital计划于二季度上市:金色财经报道，据知情人士透露，两位资深的选股投资组合经理正在筹备一个加密货币对冲基金，该基金将利用他们的股票专业知识以基本面方式进行投资。

消息人士称，Tephra Digital计划在第二季度末之前推出。该公司由Raghav Chopra和Ryan Price管理。Tephra计划在开始交易时管理超过5000万美元的资产，包括承诺，而且有迹象表明Chopra和Price将在今年扩大公司规模。这家初创公司正在接近一项重要的锚定投资，还计划将合作伙伴的资金和朋友及家人的资金加入到这个组合中。
